1 serving = 2 muffins.
1 oz oats (chia, flax, hemp, etc...)
2 oz nut butter / nuts (any kind works)
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice (or cinnamon)
Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes.
* in the video I used 4 bananas... so all ingredients were multiplied by 4.
When eating "healthy" is also delicious - that is a win, win, win!
