Gotcha.

Another reminder of how enticing "terrible news" is.

We don't want to... but we cannot stop the curiosity.

Quite frankly, it feels good.

The worse it is for someone else, the more grateful we feel about our situation.

We get perspective.

We feel better... and isn't feeling better the reason we do most things?

We eat to feel better.

We rest to feel better.

We want more money because it will feel better.

We diet to feel better.

We quit dieting to feel better.

It's all to feel better.

THEREFORE - the most powerful, healing, kind thing we can do for ourselves is choose actions, words, and thoughts that help us feel better ON PURPOSE.

By taking the time to journal everyday - you can feel better.

Start start the day feeling better.

End the day feeling better.
