Any diet will work… if we can stick to it.

The real magic is when we make the changes in our thoughts and feelings so we can sustain the changes we made with EASE!

AND… we still do need to talk about food… so let’s get to it.



When I make chili, it’s the best because there are alway plenty of leftovers to freeze for a later meal I don’t have to cook!

Vegetarian Chili:
1/2 large onion
4 cloves garlic
1 zucchini
1 japanese eggplant
3 carrots
3 cans whole beans
1 jar marinara sauce

Chili Seasons:
l Tbs chili powder
1tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 Tbs cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp oregano

Super Simple Chili Recipe Directions:
Small chop the onions and saute first until starting to turn golden then add the chopped garlic.
Add the seasonings and mix well.
Small dice the carrots, zucchini, and eggplant – throw them in and mix.
add the beans and mix.
add the jar of marinara sauce and mix.
let simmer for 5-10 minutes.
