WHAT IS HYPNOTHERAPY?
Hypnotherapy is going into a relaxed state where your body is relaxed and your mind is calm for a reason. Usually the reason is to make a positive change in the way one thinks about something so they can achieve their goals.
WHAT IF I CANNOT BE HYPNOTIZED?
My job, as a trained hypnotherapist, is not to get you INTO hypnosis, it’s to help you get OUT of the hypnosis you are already in. If you were not doing something you don’t want to do, or unable to consistently do something you really want to do… then you would never inquire the help of a hypnotherapist.
IS HYPNOTHERAPY DANGEROUS?
No, hypnotherapy is not dangerous. Every person always has the ability to either accept the suggestions given by a hypnotherapist or not. Just like in every experience in life, you always have a choice. A hypnotherapist is simply a guide, someone who studies the mind and what ideas, concepts, and thoughts are best suited for the positive change you want to make.
WHAT IF I CANNOT WAKE UP FROM THE HYPNOTHERAPY SESSION?
This is not possible. A hypnotherapist guides the person into a relaxed state of mind and body where habits, thoughts, and memories are stored. It’s as natural as falling asleep at night or waking from a dream in the morning. Even if you go very deep, you will naturally wake up when your mind is ready.
HOW CAN HYPNOTHERAPY HELP ME LOSE WEIGHT?
