Do you want to keep eating sugar? If you suffer from sugar addiction and the answer is "no!" then. How would you know if your a sugar addict?

Do you want to keep eating sugar?

...

That is a serious question.

...

Do you want to keep eating sugar?

...

If you suffer from SUGAR ADDICTION, and the answer is "NO!"

How would you know if Sugar Addiction has you?

#1 - The thought of going 1 year without added sugar sounds absurd.

#2 - Once you start eating sugar (white flour is the same thing, so bread counts!), you just cannot stop, even when you want to.

#3 - You make promises to eat less or none at all, but find yourself making excuses.

Sugar cravings

#4 - You know you 'should' cut down or stop, but you can't, or don't want to.

#5 - You hope no one sees you eating sometimes.

#6 - You sneak, hide, or lie about how much you have eating (even to yourself).

#7 - Someone else, maybe a doctor or friend has confronted you about your eating.

#8 - If someone did confront you about it, you would be upset or get defensive.

#9 - You can 'be good' for a while, but then go wild when you are 'bad'.

#10 - You have tried more than 2 ways to quit or cut down without success, in fact, it keeps getting worse.
