There are 3 types of overweight people.

#1: Been overweight her whole life.

#2: Was thin for a long time, but then something happened and she lost control.

#3: Not actually overweight, but she thinks she is.

All 3 types of women struggle with the SAME problem…

For the woman who has been overweight her whole life, she has no idea how bad it’s really become or how good it can get. She is stuck with thinking this is the way it will always be, so why try?

For the woman who had something ‘happen’ in her life whether is was kids, a tragedy, or menopause… she is stuck in the thinking if she could just go back in time, it would all be good, but the control is out of her hands now, and it’s just so hard.

For the women who carries most of the weight between her two ears, she too is driven by negative thinking and fear of losing control and if only she could just lose a few pounds she would feel better.

Which woman do you relate to the most #1, #2, or #3?

The good news!

The good news is that beliefs can and do change.

Because beliefs are just thoughts that you have been thinking over and over and over again.

This is WHY hypnotherapy is so helpful and so powerful at helping women really get rid of the weight for good.

Hypnotherapy gives you an opportunity to take back control of your thinking… take back control of your thoughts… take back control of your body…  take back control of your weight so you can live comfortable and confident in your body!

You don’t need a hypnotherapist to use the power of your own mind with intention.

Hypnosis is defined as “going into an altered state of consciousness for a reason.”

All you need to do is close your eyes, take in a few long deep, cleansing breaths … and begin to repeat the thoughts you want to turn into beliefs.

Feel the way those thoughts begin to create sensations in the body.

* if you notice any resistant or negative thoughts come up, no worries, they will… just thank them for being there and refocus on the positive thoughts you are nurturing.

Do this over and over again, every morning for 3 minutes and every night for 3 minutes.

It is worth your time.

It is worth your energy.

You are worth the time.

You are worth the energy.

I’d love to hear how it’s going – hit reply and let me know.

lots of love,
